Every year, they are undertaking a lot of R&D tasks, and offer connection solutions for customers. The thought of ¡°The good quality is designed¡± makes the R&D engineers pre-view the products during the course of designing and solutions.

 






Huangzhong Company make great investments in studying IEC, UL, CE and GB terminal standards, and based on which generates stricter product standards. These standards for products keep in line with the standard of the advanced technologies and products in the world. So, the product design, R&D, test and check in Huangzhong can be totally implemented according to the standards.



 

Besides strengthening its own R&D team, Huangzhong Company also introduces talents from various channels, and enhances well development of the technical work team.

 

Trial Production

 

Before mass production, the target product shall be of small and moderate serial production, viz. trial production. As a new product R & D base, we follow Science, Preciseness, Nicety and Practice, make well preparation for new products, and offer solution for scaled production.
Until only the R&D products are eligibility during the phase of trial-manufacture and after small-batch manufacture and middle-batch manufacture, the products can be scale-manufactured by production branches. 



Laboratory

 

¡¡¡¡Laboratory of Huangzhong Company not only test the products during the R&D phase but also test the products during the process of scale-manufactured through unscheduled selective examination for the various performance of the products. Even if during the process of manufacture, a 100% test also is conducted by Laboratory to the parameter of some performance. While, after the products are certified as eligibility through the test according to the standards, till they are delivered to the certification of UL,CE and CQC. This can shorten the time of certification greatly.
